With this solution, we have overcome the limitations of the previous generation, the Retractable Screen Mesh - Roll up screen - Lux Model can be equipped in the locations where the window has strong winds.

This improvement also helps to ensure tightness, limiting insects and foreign matter in the wind into the house space.

 Bearings

This solution has helped to operate the door smoothly and lightly. Bearings replace plastic washers, reduce friction and rotational tolerances. Compared to previous models, Lux model no longer hears a rattling sound when operating.

2.1. Principle operate

When closing the Retractable Screen Mesh - Roll up screen - Lux Model: Pull the window vertically by hand until the end of the rail.

When opening the Retractable Screen Mesh - Roll up screen - Lux Model: Press the latching handle, the mesh will automatically retract into the housing.

2.2. Mounting options

Depending on the window our Screen can be installed on either the interior or exterior of the frame. This model is suitable for installation in the position of windows, open spaces ... with a small area.

In case of mounting in the interior of the frame

To mount the door interior of the frame, about 5cm in size is needed, from the plane outside the wall to the window bars or glass door (see video on survey and installation)

In case of mounting in the exterior of the frame

In this case, the frame size is no longer enough to accommodate the housing, when mounted in the exterior of the frame, the entire Screen system will be exposed to the outside, the highest point of protrusion from the wall plane is the outer surface of the housing 37mm or 45mm.

2.3. Main structure

The Retractable Screen Mesh - Roll up screen - Lux Model frame is a completely new design, we use aluminum 6063-T5. Customers can feel the elegance, aesthetics but still ensure the technical requirements.

The aluminum frame is powder coated with AkzoNobel (From Netherlands) or coated with wood grain color film according to the standards of the aluminum factory, ensuring durability without peeling or fading.

Plastic Details: 

Deciding to focus on innovation, we used a large financial investment package for plastic injection molds, which completely changed the design, improving the surface quality of every detail. Plastic materials all use 100% engineering plastics imported from Taiwan, or South Korea (Click here – CO, CQ imported plastic marterials).
